Dom was first contacted by my father to help get an idea of how to go about selling a lot attached to his property. As expected my father was having separation anxiety and placed multiple conditions on the sale. Unfortunately in the time he could decide he passed away. And fortunately as executor I was able to find his notes and contacted Dom as a follow-up. Dom was attentive and flexible and brought our Estate participants up to speed. He was extremely helpful on the pre-sale prep and defined the process. The entire experience was so successful and smooth. We really appreciate the attention to detail and the great communication.

Dominic gave me an estimate of my home's market value but then said he'd do some research and get back to me. The next day he called and increased his estimate. I spoke with other realtors and they gave me an estimate and I never got a follow up call. Also, I've never sold my home before so I had alot of questions. I reached Dominic directly when I called or received an immediate callback. He answered my questions concisely so I understood the process better. I also had others giving me information on how things should be done. He understood how concerned I was that everything go smoothly and it did! He listed my home very early in April, held an Open House the first Sunday in April, and within days I accepted a bid over the listing price. My closing was May 13th, about 6 weeks between listing and sold! I definitely found the best realtor for my home.
